Welcoming 2023, Kubota Machinery Indonesia Launches New Products
Seeing the massive potential of agriculture in Indonesia’s dry land, PT Kubota Machinery Indonesia is expanding by launching new products tailored to those needs. The latest products include the DC70 Pro Harvesting Machine and MU5702 tractor, along with several new implements for the L-series tractors.
Especially with the popularity of the DC70 Plus as the customer favorite harvesting machine for almost five years, KUBOTA decided to release an upgraded version of the unit, with the arrival of the DC70 Pro harvesting machine. The DC70 Pro harvesting machine is an upgrade of its predecessor, the DC70 Plus harvesting machine. The DC70 Pro comes with superior threshing performance, resulting in a cleaner harvest. The radiator capacity is also larger, which helps prevent the engine from overheating. The fuel tank is also larger, allowing the unit to run longer without running out of fuel.
Like the DC70 Plus harvesting machine, the DC70 Pro harvesting machine can also be fitted with the Corn Kit 70 implement, to harvest maize. This implementation is expected to facilitate and increase the harvest productivity of corn farmers in Indonesia.
Meanwhile, the MU5702 tractor is expected to fill the plantation market in Indonesia.a The 57 HP tractor is equipped with Disc Harrow DH246HW, Disc Plow DP243J, Rotary RX220GA, and Front Dozer FD203G implements. The toughness of the MU5702 is suitable for endurance work on dry land, and has a large carrying capacity. The MU5702 is especially suitable for working in oil palm, cassava and corn plantations as well as sugarcane fields.
In addition, the new unit lineup is also enlivened by the L-series tractor implement, the Maize Seeder MS360, or corn seed planter. To cope with harvesting in paddy fields, PT Kubota Machinery Indonesia also launched a crawler for the DC70 Pro with a 50 mm high lug, which has proven to be able to work in deep fields better.
The launch of PT Kubota Machinery Indonesia’s new product range was held on November 23, 2022 in Anyer, Banten. The units themselves will go on sale in January 2023.
“It is hoped that this new product can help improve agricultural mechanization in Indonesia,” said Takashi Ozaki, Marketing Manager of PT Kubota Machinery Indonesia.
